| My user name / password input doesn't allow me to download from the link I was sent on the recent release of Version 1.3. I am attempting to use the same name and password for the forum which does work for login. Should I be using another? |

| The delivery mail info I received at time of download had a user name and very long license number as well as an activation number. No reference to a "password". Have tried using that User Name and both of those reference numbers but to no avail. I must be missing a specific email or other text file in the original download somehow with the right password and user name? Sorry for my lack of attention to detail. |

Thank you and sorry I wasn't more thorough on my initial receipt of this wonderful product in making sure I had saved the initial info which was indeed sent. Your kind attention to these kinds of customer dementia related problems speaks volumes of the kind of support we receive from you and adds immensely to the enjoyment of the product. |
