|

Hello!
Iīm sorry but I have to say that the latest Jamstix 3 beta is still unuseable for me in Reaper. I can open Reaper, load Jamstix 3 as a plugin and play with it. But I can NOT save this project and open it again, this always leads to Reaper crashes.
I am using Jamstix 3 for the grooves only, the sound is created with BFD2. Along with Reaper this seems to be a no-go combination.
Please donīt ask for logs because Jamstix 3 is not creating any logfiles when it causes the crashes. And yes, everything is ok when I use BFD2 only in Reaper.
Anyone else having such problems? I think I have to uninstall and forget Jamstix at itīs current state. Maybe version 4 works better.

Is BFD2 subhosted in JS or loaded into REAPER?
What version of REAPER and OS are you running? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

OS is Windows 7 HP 32 bit running on a

- M-Audio Delta 24/96
- GeForce 9800 GT
- 500 GB SATA II HDD |

Do you still have REAPER 3.76 for a test so we can exclude V4 beta issues? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Ok, I have tested it and it seems that there are no problems with Reaper 3.76 !!
Too bad, I liked the new Reaper features (like input fx, better MIDI editor) very much. But now I stay with 3.76, so I can use Jamstix 3 along with BFD2. I think Iīll post this issue on the Reaper forums. |

Remember also that some free 3rd party VSTs don't play nice in Reaper |
