I purchased Jamstix at the end of June/first of July and sent this email out to Ralph last night:

"I downloaded and saved the all the information back at the beginning of July. Today (July 28 ) was the first opportunity I had to load Jamstix in Cubase and give it a try. After copy and pasting the User ID, Activation Key, and License Key, it is giving me an "Invalid" message. Is that because it is by the 14 day period? If so, I thought that was just for downloading purposes.
Any suggestions?"

Just thought that maybe someone here may have had a similar experience and could offer some direction.

Ralph has contacted me and I think he has solved it. I'll post the solution here in case someone else runs into this down the road.

I copied the User ID, Activation Key, and License Key manually into Jamstix to activate it. In the process I never included the ---(LicenseKey)--- lines in front and at the end of the key.

You need to do this!
