Hello Genteman & Ladys, I have a general question about something else.
Please, lets leave Ralph out of this for now. He has better things to do helping everyone else. I have Jamstix3 and when I got in to It I found that the EQ-Comp knobs did'nt work. Ralph said send him a screenshot so he could look at It.
I don't know how to do that! If someone could point me to where to find out how this is done It would be a big help to me and help Ralph figure out what is going on for me. Many thanks for any help. E. |

If you have Win7, use the "Snipping Tool" to take a picture of your screen. then email to support. If XP you need to google a screen capture program. Best out there IMO and free is 2020. google "2020 screen capture". here you go...http://download.cnet.com/20-20/3000-2016_4-12042.html |

Download the free and brilliant irfanview(So good I donated),
http://www.irfanview.com/
Get to the screen you want to take a picture of.Press Alt+Printscreen on your keyboard. This copies the image of the foremost window to the invisible clipboard in windows. If you want a Full-screen you just press Printscreen on it's own.
Open Irfanview/Edit/Paste and the image will be put into the program. You can now save it with a file name of your choice in several formats.most common is .jpg(jpeg)
If you don't want to download Irfanview you can do the above but type mspaint in the run box on the start menu and use mspaint but it's limited.
