|
|
In response to various postings and E-mails dealing with the inability of many hosts to route audio to a VST instrument, which is a prerequisite for audio-jamming with Jamstix, we have just released an updated demo version that comes with a little VST plugin called audioM8.
Simply drop audioM8 into an audio track and it will retrieve audio information from it and route it automatically to any open instance of Jamstix, even if it is in a MIDI track.
Now you can audio-jam with Jamstix in almost any host!
We have also extended the Jamstix manual to include detailed instructions on how to MIDI and AUDIO jam with Jamstix in Cubase SX, Sonar 4 and Tracktion. Just look at the "How To Jam" page.
For those who have already downloaded the demo, there is a smaller updater available (8MB) _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi,
great I was waiting for the demo.
But you updated the file already....
PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!
Put the other version back up !!!!!!
It stoped here at 91% on dial up here thats more than 8 hours downloading.
Please let me finish those 9%, I prefer to download the 8mb update,
1 hour instead of AGAIN 8 hours download.
Thanks a lot !
PS. Also a version without the samples would be nice. |

Unfortunately I cannot recover the old demo file
However, I just put up a second demo install without samples and video tutorials which clocks in at only 9.4MB. Maybe you can use that to get going with an external drum VSTi and load the big one in the background again?
Sorry again! _________________ Ralph Zeuner
