In the bridge of my song I have a very simple pattern - shaker and one hand drum - but I get an unwanted quarter note snare.
I mute the limb to eliminate it.
I then Save the JamStix3 song and the Cubase 5 song, but the next time I load the song the snare is back and I have to mute it again.
I think I can use channel automation to eliminate it, but doesn't JamStix save mutes when the song is saved?

The limb mutes are just temporary and not saved. They are meant as tools while fine-tuning in the bar editor.

Move the mouse over the snare note and see which brain element it comes from (status line) and then disable that element.
