I am using Sonar
When I try to jam along with what I'm playing, the Midi bar at the bottom of the jam screen is totally maxed out no matter unless I play extremely soft. Then it takes two or three keystrokes before it maxes out. Consequently, the jam is way too busy for me.
In Sonar I have Sample tank set up as one dxi Synth and JamStix as another dxi synth.
Any ideas what might be causing JamStix to think I'm playing all out? |

When you say 'Midi bar' do you mean the 'Velocity' slider?
Please check that:
a) Input trim knob in right-bottom corner of Jamstix is in middle position
b) Input velocity map on mapping tab is linear (Press R button to reset if necessary)
Also, aside from this obvious velocity response problem, the busyness of the rhythm is more affected by the 'Complexity' and 'Accentuation' sliders. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
