|
|
I am fairly new to Jamstix, and like it very much.
I couldn't find this in the manual, but it's possible I just missed it.
Is there a way to change one particular brain control for multiple song parts? Let's say I want to change the kick "busy" control (and only the kick "busy" control) for all the verse and chorus parts (but not the intro, bridge, and ending parts), and leave the controls for snare, hats, toms, etc. the way each individual verse and chorus part has them set.
Is there a quick way to do this? Or do I need to change the kick "busy" control for each verse and chorus part separately? |

Change the brain in one part and then use Copy->Copy Style/Drummer To All Similar Parts' in the part menu. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph,
That's not quite what I was looking for.
That method copies the entire style/drummer, and I really want to copy only one element (the kick settings), since each verse has it's own customized settings for snare, hats, toms, etc., and those get replaced by the copy.
Essentially what I am looking for is "Copy->Copy Selected Element Of Style/Drummer To All Similar Parts". It's not a big deal if I have to do it manually, I was just wondering if I had overlooked something that is already in Jamstix. |

Thanks, Ralph.
It would be a "nice to have" feature, but I am sure you have more important requests already lined up. |
