Hi, I purchased Jamstix during the preorder phase. I used it a little bit but things got a little hectic and I wasnt really able to give it the time it needed.

Now that I have the time, I'm eager to get going! I'm going to reinstall windows on my audio pc, and I would like to be able to just install the 1.2 full version rather than install 1, then patch it with the update.

I am able to download the update with no problem, but the very same password does not work for downloading the non-update version.

Is there something I'm missing here? My email in my profile is the one I originally purchased with.

Hi, Allan. The original passwords are always working for the updates but the full install files expire about 14 days after purchase. This is simply for bandwidth protection purposes. We'll send you new links to the full 1.2 version in a few moments.
