Mystery Snare Roll/Ghost Won't Go Away?

Bar 15 of my song has a snare roll (more like a pickup ghost bounce) right at the beginning of beat 3 that I don't want and can't get rid of. I've tried pasting another bar that doesn't have it into bar 15, and it still happens. I tried manually deleting all the hits in bar 15, and even with no hits in the bar, I still get this roll on beat 3!

How can I get rid of this?

BTW, I have TF and RF turned OFF and I'm using Silence for drummer and style.

The snare bounce is added by 'Throw-Ins' in the 'Accent' tab. You can either manually delete it where it is not desired via the accent tab or you can suppress all of them by turning the 'Throw-Ins' knob to zero.
