Can't I Use Looping To Build a Song?

I've got all the elements of the song done, now I just need to loop back to repeat parts that I've already done. But I don't seem to have the Song Looping option. The manual shows that "Enable Song Looping" should right after "Never Downmix" and right before "LiveLoop Bar Jumps." But I don't show that option. Am I missing something?
