Hi Ralph
Is it possible to have midi out to trigger drum module WHILST retaining jamcussion internal sounds.
Until now I have always subhosted Addictive drums and fed jamcussion to seperate output however now I wish to take advantage of the seperate outs in Addictive and am therefore using JS midi out (option in the mixer panel) to drive a seperate track with Addictive. This hoiwever cuts off jamcussion internal sounds. Clearly there are work arounds during recording but I was wondering if there are options in JS that I'm missing.
Incidently, when subhosting addictive and recording the output to audio track in Live you get a 1.5ms delay which you dont if routing the midi to drive Addictive and then recording output to audio track. Not that this delay is of any significance in practical terms just an observation.

Don't use MIDI out only if you want to retain the JS or JC sounds. Simply run JS with desired internal sounds and route MIDI out to AD or any other module. You will likely have to do MIDI splitting to keep AD from playing JC notes. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
