I am running Reaper 6.28 64 bit and Windows 7 64 bit but Reaper loads 32 bit Jamstix3.

How do I run the 64 bit Jamstix?

I'm beginning to suspect running in bridged mode as a possible cause of the keyboard issue I posted about earlier.

When I click the Jamstix logo it shows "Jamstix 3.6.5 [x32]"

I reinstalled and set the 64 bit version into C:\Program Files and the 32 bit in C:\Program Files (x86).

It seems to have solved a couple of other issues in getting it to run in 64 bit. Unfortunately my keyboard issue was not one of them.
