This is pretty cool. The sound of the guitars and the organ gives this a somewhat ethereal quality. Some of the drum fills are in what sounds to me like weird places. I could imagine this with somewhat more dynamic drumming; I suppose it depends on what you're going for.
My main beef here is with the vocals. I can't tell if it's due the way you sing or due to the effects (my money is on "the way you sing", mostly... sorry ;)), but the voice is pretty garbled.

My rating: 7 out of 10.
