I've been totally beat trying to figure out how convert jamstix projects using superior .When i use as SD2 as subhost w/ stock avatar kit , (selecting dfh2 kit in load option ) the hihat dynamics don't translate.
Preferably i want to just playback jamstix midi file so i can drop SD2 midi grooves into song ( the SD2 midi segments work perfectly - and are all contained within a small midi region )
If i export midi file from jamstix using SD2 as vsti its even uglier, with the jamstix export file spread out from c1 to c6 regions on midi keyboard, and hihat work mapped to ride bells ect.
I have searched/read up on drum maps , but i cant get this sussed.
Is there options when exporting midi file that i am missing ?
If there is a superior 2 /cubase user out there who has the correct mapping for SD2 Avatar kit ( where jamstix project performance translates exactly , i'd be willing to pay via paypal for your advice /mapping files ..

You can adjust the hihat dynamics via the kit editor input velocity map. As far as export goes, when SD2 is loaded in JS, open the SD interface and save the kit in SD. When you then load SD in the host for MIDI playback later, load that saved kit into SD. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
