I didn't see these on page 37, or elsewhere in the manual, sorry. If I missed them, please point me to the right page, sorry. If they're not there, can someone please explain?

1) The icon is grayed out.
2) The icon has an "X" through it.
3) There is a red line at the bottom of the icon.
