I don't have any of these VSTis and I would like to understand how these kits work (and therefore what I am missing).

I think that when one of these kits is selected:
-- the VSTi is found and loaded,
-- it is initialised with some preset data (to load and configure some of its samples?),
-- some JS2 instruments are pointed to the VSTi,
-- other JS2 instruments are loaded with native JS sounds,
-- all the JS2 instruments are configured (MIDI note, vol, pan, ambience, output etc).
-- the JS2 Mixer is configured.

Have I got that that right?

If so, then to create my own kit "all" I need to do is those 6 steps above?

I'm thinking about kits for Infinite Player (and Ocean Way Drums).
