hey Ralph,
After creating a song in Sonar, I decided to change the kit. I noticed that the same sound played for the snare, the bounce snare, the sidestick and the rimshot. I went ahead and changed the sounds, saved the kit and went to play it in Sonar (when I played the song and when manually playing the kit from my keyboard), again, the same sounds for all 4 drums even though the assigned key was different. I'm thinking that maybe Sonar saves the settings and overrides my new settings???
Any thoughts |

Researched it and there is a bug in the 'Cache' function. Please disable 'Cache' in the kit window and close/reload the project, which will solve the issue.
Jamstix 3 later this year will do away with 'Cache' anyway as it will introduce the much superior LoD (load-on-demand). _________________ Ralph Zeuner
