How do I "adjust Jamstix outputs"?

I see nothing specifically adressing this issue in the manual, nor can I find specific instructions on how to do this in the forums.

I am trying to load Battery and I get the message, "Cannot load module because it requires at least 16 outputs. Please adjust outputs accordingly and restart".

How do I "add outputs"? Very frustrated at lack of instruction on something that seems so essential.

Go to 'Mixer' and set outputs to 16. Now remove and reload Jamstix in the host for the change to take effect.

This is covered in the manual on page 18 (Chapter 10 - Mixer).
