Within Jamstix 2 (not using Jamcussion) is it possible to have the left and right percussion tracks as separate outputs so they can be panned, EQ'd and effected differently in the host sequencer?
It is really fiddly to set up multiple outputs in my sequencer so I wanted to know if this possible before wasting time trying it!
Thanks |

Yes, it can be done:
- uncheck 'Stereo Outputs' in JS2 Options (requires JS restart)
- use the kit menu in the 'Kit' screen and choose a output routing that sends percussion to its own output _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Ralph
thanks for the speedy response.
Can I set a different number of outputs for different songs that I use Jamstix for? So I might want 4 outputs in one song and 8 in another. Or is the number of outputs a global setting that applies to Jamstix generally e.g. like the bar offset setting, and I need to decide on my preferred number of outputs and stick with it.

# outputs is global since it requires a plugin restart. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
