Hi

I can,t help but notice that a few of the kits that i have tryed to load have had pieces missing in the kit.I try to load fat kit and the kick and toms will not sound.There are a few other kits doing the same thing.What could be causing this?.Please help

If you get a missing sound message, click on it and tell me one or two sounds that it lists (or send me a screenshot of it).

I have the big kit loaded and two of the sounds are missing (china 14" filter DP2,ride sizzle hammer JP.I am also missing 17 sounds of the XL jam2 hot rods.I also notice alot of the other XL kits are missing sounds.Here is another kit missing sounds,(jam2 deep & roomy(XL). Missing sounds are, kick22"DP2,snare 14"DP2,snare sidestick 14"DP2.Another one is jam2 mapex (XL). The is 17 sounds missing in this one, two many to name in this theard.If you need me to name off a few more of the JAM2 to kits with missing sounds just let me know.

Those are all XL sounds and according to our records you don't own the XL Pak. We'll have a sale coming up soon...
