Hi,
I`m using Jamstix with Sonar Producer 3.
When I try to make a beat with Jamstix using midi, the beat does not play fluidly. It seems to play jerkily and out of time. It is not a CPU problem, cos I got plently of that. The sounds come out really nice and clean, but I cant get any useable sounds out of it!
I have played with most of the settings, like funkiness etc....but still no luck!
Has anyone had this problem or know a solution.
Thanks

Explain a bit more how you use it. Are you using 'free jam' playing with a MIDI controller or are you arranging patterns etc.? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi,
I am using it in Manual Jam mode with a midi file input from musiclab fill in drummer.
I tried a different sound card that I have and it seemed to be less sticky, maybe its a ram prob
I am using a creative sound blaster card. with an athlon 4 256 1 ghz.

Make sure you are using Jamstix 1.2. Also, are you saying you have 256MB RAM? The minimum to work with Jamstix in a DAW is 512MB. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
