I understand that jamstix can be triggered with notes coming from an existing file midi or audio.
I do not know how to get those files.
I suppose that it should be a very simple/common operation.
Can somebody help me?

For MIDI:
- set Jamstix to 'Jam With MIDI'
- set one or more MIDI tracks in the host to output=Jamstix
For audio:
- add 'audioM8' as an insert effect to the audio track with your live or recorded audio signal
- set Jamstix to 'Jam With Audio' _________________ Ralph Zeuner

A real big step in the Jamstix evolution would be if JS would not only be triggered by the midi file, but would play a rhythm (or create a style) that is accustomed to the rhythm in the midi or audio file. Just like a real drummer would!
Is something planned like this? |

We are working on that for future versions. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
