Jamstix and Band in a Box will not stay in sync. Jamstix actually starts play when I add it to the Instruments. is there some way to stop this.

We do not test with BIAB but it sounds as if it does not send proper song position info to VSTi. I recommend you contact PGMusic to have this clarified.
