with a mac, using Tracktion 3, if i use some kind of wrapper or something? I'm thinking of making the switch to MAC but this is kind of a dealbreaker for me as I like jamstix a lot

The only way to run Jamstix on a Mac is via a Windows emulator (Parallels etc.) We are working on a Mac version but it won't be available anytime soon.
