Hello,
I would like to add compression to the snare and kick.
I'm having a hard time getting them to show up in Sonar (cakewalk) as separate tracks intead of one big drum track.
Can you tell me how i can either compress them individually in JS or how to get them into separate tracks in Cakewalk.
Thank you. |

Go to the kick in the kit editor and set the OUT to 2. Do the same for all snare sounds, setting their OUT to 3.
Now you can use the compressor in the Jamstix 2 mixer to set the desired compression for outputs 2 and 3. Alternatively, you can add compression in Sonar on audio returns 2 and 3. If you do the latter, make sure 'Downmix' in the JS2 mixer is off. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
