Hi, I have a four-bar midi drum track that I created on my keyboard using Jamstix as a drum module. Now I want to process it with Jamstix.
I know that I could export it as a .mid file in Sonar (kind of a pain) and then import it as a style in Jamstix but I am wondering whether there is an easier way. I see that there is a "Jam - with MIDI" function but I haven't figured out how that works. Would that be the way to do it?
I probably should have created it (instead of the keyboard) with the Bar Editor but I haven't got quite that far yet. I'll hopefully understand that within a few hours.
Any feedback would help me a lot. I have been studying, practicing and trying to figure out Jamstix2 all morning.
I'm not findng the manual that helpful for *how* to do some things. But I will keep plugging away with it.
I am very excited about Jamstix--it is an awesome tool.
Thank you! |

I would export to MIDI in Sonar and then use the 'Import' style in Jamstix to load the 4-bar pattern. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
