Hi
what's this about?
I programmed these kick drum notes in a core bare (and as you can see, custom rock and James Stix at the drumkit), but jamstix crosses them out and doesn't play them. Why?
I've looked in the accent and fill tabs and nothing else is being played in that bar? Trying to lock the bar doesn't help either.
The song is pretty slow (70bpm), so it shouldn't really be a problem for a real drummer to play that bar What's going on?
This should be the basic groove for this part, but I would like jamstix to make variations of it - thats why I'm using "custom rock" instead of "silence". Isn't that how I'm supposed to do? |

A red cross signal that Jamstix didn't play the note due to limb conflict or other A.I. conditions. If you send me the 'Save Song' file of this situation and the bar # then I can tell you exactly why that is. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Thanks again for such a quick reply. I would like to send you the song, but its... gone! I saved it in Reaper (that is, not through jamstix, but just the reaper file, where jamstix was loaded in), but when I opened the Reaper file again all Jamstix settings were lost and it opened op with the "quickstart" dialog?!?! I've seen that once before, but I was lucky to have a backup, so I didn't give much into it.
I've emailed you all the rzdlog-files from my jamstix folder - don't know if they'll be at any help to figuring out what's wrong with my jamstix. |
