HI folks,
For some reason, on some projects, when I use JS2, the little preview current bar in a loop function doesn't work unless the host (Samp Cool is running. This isn't true in other hosts. Also, the program just keep saying I must stop the host before saving, creating a restore point or before editing in the bar editor even though the host is not running. Unlocking the host doesn't seem to help. Finally, I can't edit in the bar editor unless the preview the current bar in a loop is active. Weird. Am I missing something obvious?

Jamstix relies on certain time and status information from the host. It sounds as if Samp8 does not properly set the HostPlaying flag in the VST interface so Jamstix cannot tell when the host is stopped.

Concerning the 'host run warning' you are getting: make sure Preview is off when trying to use the function.
