So, in a tune I'm working on, the drums start distorting. They're far too loud. Then, I noticed that in the mixer section, the first channel is apparently automated, and the level goes to max about 3/4 in to the song. I'm sure I poked a knob or pressed a button, but for the life of me, can't get the thing to just sit at 0db.
I'm fairly confident that it's not mirroring the Power setting -- they don't move at the same time.
Any thoughts? |

| Just Right Click the fader knob to see if it is assigned to a controller...if it is, just set it to none...While testing this, I noticed that when you close the Midi controller assignment page, mouse movements are "Locked" to the mixer fader and you have to left click the fader to "Unlock" it...a Bug Perhaps... |

Confirmed. Or a feature , because there might be no "old" value the slider can jump to automatically.

Eddie:
I appreciate you bringing that up. I did right click the fader, and changed it to none. Then I right clicked and it still appears. Another feature? |

| I find that the mouse movement are often "locked" to rotary controls on the UI. Often when I adjust a setting in the drum edit window, releasing the mouse button and moving the mouse cursor away, the control would continue adjusting according to the movement of the cursor. |

That's odd. If you set it to 'None' and 'OK' it then it should stay that way. Please try again and then right-click again to see the assignments and send me a screenshot of what it shows. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
