Hi-

I imported a 4-bar .mid file and decided I wanted to add a kick in each bar at the "and" of 2. Each time one of the core bars is recomposed that kick disappears.

How can I keep that change and still recompose around it? The rest of the feel of the original is retained.

Place the kicks in the core bars and make sure they are locked.

Hi Ralph-

They're locked in the Core bars (and show the vertical line), but still recomposed in bars "Using" those bars.

P.S. I thought notes entered manually were locked by default, anyway?
