Tying to have the program count in with a simple measure of 4 high hat strikes, prior to the program taking over. Cannot find how to include a count-in for a song. Our group has lost a drummer... so trying to create backing drums for songs, most likely to be output to CD and then played against, rather than a computer on the stage. Help. Not hearing any metronome either.. spent lunch with the manual and couldn't find direction for metronome and/or count in.

You should use the metronome and count-in that your host provides.

An alternative for the count-in is to use an intro part in the song sheet and place the four hihat notes manually in the bar editor. You can then also save that bar for future use in other songs.
