Maybe i'm just illiterate but i can't get the demo to work at all.First I go to the rythm page load a key word style then go to the arrange window and
arrange the different patterns i loaded.Nothing i'm using sonar 4PE and yes it is set up correctly. Also i see the meters moving in the audio track but no sounds.I'm trying to use it as a drum machine type thing first before i do the actual jamming along with it by the way i'm having problems with that too but that's another story.I own alot of vst's so i know I have good knowledge of these but this one just stumps me.THX |

You did download the full demo (81MB), right?
Let's do this quick check:
- Open Jamstix in Sonar, go to jam tab and hit 'free jam'
- Play (or record) in Sonar to keep Sonar running
You should hear drums after a few beats. If not, please send me a screenshot of the jam tab at that time to support@rayzoon.com _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Here is what went wrong:
Jamstix asked me where I wanted it installed. I specified c:/program files/vstplugins. When I did the separate sound installation, it didn't ask me for a destination. It just installed the soundfiles in c:/program files/steinberg/vstplugins. Thus Jamstix was in one location but the soundfiles where in another. After struggling with this for quite some time and making numerous ports on this group, I figured out what was going on and moved the soundfiles into the correct location. That fixed it. It sounds like this may be your problem as well. |
