I'm back to making some music and working on things again with JS2 so I'm easing back into this. It was working fine and I'm pretty sure I didn't click anything that would change JS2 but when I "press play" with in my host (Cubase 4) it shows JS2 going through the arrangement but the drums are not being triggered when I go to the kit view and there is no sound. If I use that loop button with in JS2 when the host isn't playing, it works fine and if I manually trigger the drums with the mouse it works fine to. Any idea what would cause this? Thanks in advance. _________________ Straight Jacket Sunday, Multiple Personality Disorder coming soon... |

Please update to 2.2.1 and, if the problem persists, send me the file rzdlog.txt from the Jamstix2 folder for review. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I don't know if this helps. I was having a problem where a part did not compose at all. I think what I had done was accidentally set it to be an ending somehow (possibly by renaming the ending of a quickstart song to something else) - then setting the part to be 8 bars long. So one crash and then lots of silence ensued until the next part came in.
The first time I deleted the part and set up a new one. I did it again today and this time realised what I was doing wrong - so I will always leave the intro and endings of quickstart songs well alone from now on, and just use the parts in between. |
