Hi all.

I'm having a little trouble with running the latest jamstix in Pro Tools. I keep getting one of two errors (after 30 or seconds of having pressed play). One error is:

"Audio processing is conflicting with other CPU tasks.
If this occurs often, reducing the "H/W Buffer Size"
in the Playback Engine Dialog may help prevent the
problem. (-9129)"

When I follow the advice of this pop-up and try reducing the h/w buffer size, 30 or so seconds after pressing play, I then get a pop-up that says:

"The operating system held off interrupts for too long.
If this occurs often, try increasing the "H/W Buffer
Size" in the Playback Engine Dialog. (-9094)"

I've got the 'cache' button and the 'low memory' button activated on the 'kit' page within jamstix, and I've also tried increasing and decreasing all the way, the voice reduction level on the 'mix' page within jamstix. I've turned off my antivirus and my firewall (pretty much the only thing left running is pro tools). Nothing seems to have an effect. I'm running with 2 gigs of ram on an athlon 3400+ processor. The only track activated in pro tools is the one with jamstix on it. If I don't use jamstix, the pop ups completely vanish (even with loads of plugins running on multiple tracks).

Ralph, you're a miracle worker. I did as you suggested (disabled cache, low memory, and full logging). Result? No more pop-ups, period. I'm able now to really check out the bonzo pack, and man oh man... it sounds awesome. Thank you yet again for your amazingly fast customer service and top of the line support. Rayzoon continues to set THE standard.
