I am trying to drag a part from Jamstix2.2 beta 7 to my sequencer. I have tried dragging the part straight in, or dragging it to the desktop to create a midi file and then dragging that in. Either way, bar 7 of 16 has no midi notes in it, even though Jamstix has composed them in this bar, and plays them when in jam with no input mode. What am I doing wrong?
Further investigation:
It is verse 1 of the song. Verse 2 and 3 seem to be ok, so it's hard to see what I'm doing wrong. Should I send you the jamstix song file?
Also, when I turn Jamstix into drum module mode to play the midi, and then turn it back to jam no input (because the midi file is not useable) I notice the power knob has been set to zero. I then have to reload the song in order to get it back to the correct position - otherwise I seem to get very open hi hats or cymbals when previously I had closed hats. I can work around that - as long as I remember to save the song - just thought I'd point that out in case the program was supposed to remember its power setting when changing modes. |

This happens when you cycle over 'Jam With Audio'. We'll try to improve that in the next update. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
