Hmm, there is no double kick in Jamstix. Could you elaborate and maybe even send an audio snippet to support@rayzoon.com?

Again, a brief MP3 sample would help but as a quick suggestion: turn down the kick funkiness, you may want to unlock the kick funkiness control to keep funkiness higher for other sounds.

the program is so good i'm going to redo all the drums on all my tunes
