Hi,

Is it possible to use Jamstix brain with no sample loaded, but midi mapping of DFHS without sub-hosting it?

I don't like the idea of having Superior inside Jamstix and it's easy to feed Jamstix midi out in Tracktion or Cubase to another VSTi.

Thanks.

Sure thing. Just check 'MIDI Out Only' in the mixer and then load a DFHS mapping. It will still load the logic and layout but not the DLL itself. You can then route the MIDI output of Jamstix 2 to a DFHS instance in the host.
