I want to manually create a groove with just kick and snare and have Jamstix create all the other stuff. I saw a post on this a while back that explained it very well, but now I cannot find it. I have successfully done this before, but now it escapes me Embarassed . Can anyone point me to the post?
Also, where can I learn more about the learn function? Thanks!!

Select the style you want to work with and then click on the names of the kick and snare elements in the brain that you do not need and disable them. Now you can manually place kick and snare as desired in the bar editor. You can also click 'LEARN' and JS2 will then listen for kick and snare notes on the MIDI input and add them to the bar editor.
