Ralph has been helping me out on this.Quite wonderfull support as usual.Just in case anyone else wants to use multiple outs.
Ableton Live Setting up 8 output routing

open Live 6.0.10
- add Jamstix 2 (set to 8 outputs, 'Stereo Output' option is checked in 'Options')
- load a quickstart song
- Go to kit menu and chose 8 output routing,go to mixer panel and make it 8 audio outputs also(might have to restart Jamstix for this to take effect)
insert audio track to Live, set to receive audio from JS2 track, output 3,do this for all audio inputs.

Audio From
2 Jamstix
js2 out 2 js2 out 3 js2 out 4 etc

- Right click on a drum under kit panel and change the audio out to whatever audio you want in live, and snare kick tom etc audio signal is shown as expected in the Live track of your choice.
Make sure to have "stereo outputs" checked in options panel.
In options panel ,if playing synth, uncheck "midi play in jam" ,that way drums wont play at same time on a key of your keyboard.
