Is there a way to see subhost's outputs in a mixer's DAW. I would like to redirect some samples to various subhost's outputs.

If I'll do that anyway ( in a subhost ), Jamstix redirect them hard left without let us seeing/controlling this additional outputs.

Uncheck 'Stereo Outputs' in the JS 'Options' to avoid the hard-panning. You must reload the project for this change to take effect.
