How do i set the Hi hat foot to play everytime i have a groove with a ride cymbal??

Do you mean you want hihat foot notes when the ride is being used? If so, use the 'Power Hand' function to switch from hihat to ride and it will automatically add hihat foot notes as selected in that panel.
