I just purchased, downloaded and installed Jamstix 2 and I am using it with Reaper. I know how to open Jamstix within Reaper, but I don't know how to setup Jamstix and Reaper so Jamstix will play along with my live guitar playing. I am routing my live guitar audio into my pc via SPDIF on my pc soundcard.
Can someone please help me out? I would greatly appreciate it!

Since no one has offered any assistance I'll give you my input but I'm not a savvy REAPER user so you may want to contact the Jamstix crowd over at the REAPER forum as well.
- add an audio track to REAPER with your guitar signal as the input
- make sure live monitoring is on
- add audioM8 as an insert effect on the audio track
- set Jamstix to 'Jam With Audio'
- adjust the input trim as needed so the song power knob hits all the way right when you play the loudest
- if you need a sweet spot in the middle, load the 'wide' preset in the input velocity map in the Jamstix 'Options'.
