I'm not sure how familiar you are with VST instruments, which is what Jamstix3 is
I don't use Cakewalk, but most DAW applications are similar.
Jamstix3 has a "Jamstix3.dll" file, which needs to be in the correct VST folder of Cakewalk.
Have a look in the Cakewalk folder to see if there is a VST Plugins Folder.
Check to see if there is a Jamstix entry in there.
If not, do a search on your computer for the Jamstix dll file to see where it is.
