Hi
I havn't used jamstick for a while as i've just back into recording. I've loaded the audio M8 into the track i've played and it's picking up the signal and all the lights are flashing away in Jamstick but i can't hear anything. I know it must be something simple and i've checked it's jamming away to audio. Any ideas
thanks

| Have you loaded a kit into Jamstix? Do you have the output of Jamstix assigned to an audio track in Sonar? If so, are you getting any meter activity on the audio track when Jamstix is playing? |

Hi
I've assigned a kit in the mappings. I don't have an option of Jamstick as an output on the track. I just have Master and USB Audio DEvice which my Lambda Lexicon.
If insert Jamstick in the track i get that option but I can't hear any of the track at all but i'm not supposed to insert as an effect in the track that's just the Audio m8 and i open jamstick in the the synth view ? is that correct
thanks

Hi
Thanks i tried that but i can't hear a thing.
I think the problem is with my Lexicon Lambda usb interface/soundcard. It seems jamstick is jammimg along with the audio track it's just i can't hear it only the audio guitar track. Because i don't have an internal soundcard i have to plug my headphones into the Lambda. I don't know if this causing the problem ? |

| If you're using Audio M8 I assume you want jam mode right? If so, don't you have to enable echo input? |

Hi Ralph
I'm using Jamstick one. I've just purchased Jamstick 2 the night before last and paid via pay pal so i havn't got it yet though i paid for a full version instead of any up grade. Have you recived my order Ralph and any chance of changing from a full purchase to an upgrade?
I think the problem i'm having is actually loading the kits into Jamstick.
I've unzipped drum pack 1 and 2 into steinburg/vstplugins/jamstick/mappings where there are lots of rmd files but when i go to Jamstick to load a mappings the drum packs are not there.
I guess i'm doing something wrong
thanks

Your Jamstix 2 delivery went out on the first. I will re-sent it in a moment but also check your spam filter.
In Jamstix 1 you install Paks by unzipping the downloaded files to the 'addons' folder of the Jamstix folder and then just running Jamstix 1.
In Jamstix 2 you unzip the files and load them via 'Install Pak' in the kit window. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
