Hi,

I wouldn't normally use this method of trying to contact customer support but I have tried sending an email on 28th Nov to sales@rayzoon.com and then on 4th Dec to support@rayzoon.com and r.zeuner.rayzoon.com but with absolutely no response so far (and I have checked my spam box).

Anyway I bought Jamstix as part of the group buy on KVR and at the time downloaded all the stuff. However I never really got time to use it so when the V2 upgrade email came I just ignored it and filed it away. Now I would like to use it I tried using the links but the patch link for 2.1.4 seems to be OK, but the link for the 2.0 executable has expired. I assume I need the base 2.0 to install the patch?

Could you please send me a link so that I can download the update.

I will also forward my original 2.0 link to the support address.
