I have been having a bit of grief when trying to get Jamstix to work with Addictive/EZdrummer and the various midi patterns.
To be hones I am having difficulty getting to grips with the whol application as the interface and documentation are a bit surreal.

Has anyone produced a decent help file or support documentation ?

The only documentation is the manual PDF and then there are videos at www.youtube.com/RayzoonTech

Maybe I can help you with your issues? What exactly are you trying to do and where do you get stuck?
