Late last Friday, having played with the demo version of JS, I bought my copy. I received an email about the list server, I registered with this forum and received the authentication email but I didn't receive the download link email.

I'd read the information about checking junk mail and I understood that over a weekend I might have to wait 48 hours before the download became available, so I didn't panic.

Yesterday I kept checking my mail but there was no download link.

Due to other commitments I wasn't able to do anything about it until 23:00 in the evening. I sent a quick email to the support address and expected to wait until the morning for a reply. To be honest, I also thought I might have an argument on my hands too.

Two minutes after sending my message Ralph replied saying that the link had been sent on Friday and that he'd just re-sent it. Two minutes after that there was the download link, in my junk mail folder.

No arguments, no fuss just immediate and effective help. That's what I call 'service'. No wonder all the users here seem so loyal and enthusiastic about this product. I'll certainly be happy to recommend JS to anyone who'll listen.

Sorry for the longish post but when you get great service I think you should let people know.

Ralph is the best by a long measure. It's more like family than a customer/supplier relationship!
