At my age, you know, when policemen look like kids, time seems to pass very quickly. This last week has simply shot by.
At the beginning of the week I started to research drum editors to use with Cubase. The one thing I find difficult is coming up with convincing drum tracks and the poor attempts I've made in the past have taken me hours. So I've read forums for opinion, looked at sites, listened to samples etc. etc.
Now, here we are on a Friday night, no, sorry, Saturday morning and I've made my decision. Earlier this evening I downloaded the demo of Jamstix 2, not expecting too much. I've messed around with it a bit, been a bit worried about the drummer I chose who seemed a bit overactive, sorted him out and created a drum track that fits the bill so nicely that the only sensible action was to buy this amazing piece of software.
And now to the real question... How come, when the weeks just fly by, is waiting for the download link for my software sooo hard! I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve, will midnight never come?
Sensible me says, "Go to bed, it's late," childish me says, "But the download link might come any minute!" I think I might explode! If the email with the link doesn't appear in the next couple of minutes I will be sensible and go to bed, honest...
Excuse the lunacy of this posting, I'm just trying to pass the time

I only had to wait a couple of hours for my link, though I orderd on a weekday. Don't worry, it won't take long. The support here is incredible. It is the weekend though.
But I feel for you...the short wait was an eternity for me too! And whatever you do, don't watch the videos on the main webpage! It'll be torture! |
