I noticed that when you send a recomposition trigger via midi while having 2 parts and liveloops turned on, the recomposition is always only executed for the first part, but never for the second part.

Furthermore, it seems that when you send a recomposition trigger while being in part 2 (which is always ignored by part 2), the recomposition is (also?) send to part 1. So when you you switch back to part 1, JS is executing a recomposition on that part.
